STANDARD RETURN POLICY

CROW Watches will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from delivery date that were purchased directly from CROW Watches online store. Purchases made from other stores cannot be returned for credit/refund.

The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored.

You must obtain a RETURNS number from Crow Watches before returning the merchandise. To do so, login to your account on www.crowwatches.com and head to 'Completed Orders'. Complete the 'Return items' section and let us jknow what was wrong with the product. Once the RMA is approved, you will be emailed an RN Number - usually within 4 hours. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RN number. Contact a Customer Service Representative by clicking here to discuss swapping products for different colors or styles.. 

 

Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable. Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the watch. The watch must not have been sized or altered in any way.

WARRANTY

Timepiece Warranty – CROW Watches Limited Warranty

THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY FOR SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF PURCHASE.

This product, except consumables or articles with limited resistance (e.g. battery, band, case), is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects of quality at the time of delivery for a period of ninety days from the date of purchase ("warranty period"). During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired using CROW reconditioned replacement parts or the product will be replaced with the same or a similar reconditioned replacement model within a reasonable period of time. To obtain these warranty services, please  email crowwarranty@crowwatches.com with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase. A conditional Returns Authorization will be provided via email. There will be no parts or labor charge to you for valid warranty services. Due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping, it is recommended when sending the product for service that you package the product securely and send it insured, return receipt requested. The only applicable charge will be for return shipping ($6 for same day turn around)

The customer shall NOT have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if:
(1) The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment;
(2) The problem is caused by a fire or other natural calamity;
(3) The problem is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other
than a CROW approved service center;
(4) The case, band, glass or battery is damaged or worn;
(5) The proof of purchase is not presented when requesting service; or
(6) The warranty period has expired.

NEITHER THIS WARRANTY NOR ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RESULTING FROM INACCURACY OR MATHEMATICAL INACCURACY OF THE PRODUCT OR LOSS OF STORED DATA. SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION BY A PARTY OF LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THAT PARTY'S NEGLIGENCE. SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS SHALL NOT IN SUCH CASES APPLY. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION, OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. NOTHING IN THIS WARRANTY AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

CROW Watches gladly accepts payments for purchases in the form of credit card, personal check, money order, Paypal, cashier's check, or certified bank check.

CROW Watches offers Paypal as an alternative payment method. We will only ship to confirmed ship-to Paypal addresses.

Standard Written Check and Money Orders (Sent through the mail)
CROW Watches also accepts personal checks, business checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or certified bank checks denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and have the customer's name and address imprinted on the check front, with a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) located at the bottom of the check. "Temporary" or counter checks are not acceptable. Please make your check payable to CROW Watches and mail to:

Please Note:
If you pay by personal check, business check, money order, cashier's check, or certified bank check, your order will be delayed since we must wait for receipt of the check and for the funds to clear before we can ship your merchandise. If you reside in the United States, paying by any of the above methods typically delays your order about 15 business days after our receipt of your check. Dishonored checks will be assessed a fee of $20.00 or the maximum allowed by law.

Sales Tax

Since CROW Watches is based in California, state law requires that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers residing in California.

To customers residing in states other than California, please be aware that, if applicable, the taxing authorities in your state may charge you a "use" tax on your out-of-state internet and/or catalog purchases. While it is not the responsibility of CROW Watches to charge or collect this "use" tax from you at this time, we are alerting our customers regarding this possibility as a courtesy. If you require further information on this issue, we suggest you contact the tax authorities in your state directly.
